How long will my order take?

Our aim is to deliver your order within 10 working days from the date of payment. If you have a specific date you need to receive your order, please let us know and we will do our best to deliver in time. We use DPD courier which is trackable, should you have any issues please contact us straight away.

Rugs can take longer than this lead time due to the size and length of time they take to embroider.

What if my garments don’t fit? Can i return?

Each product size is detailed on the website. Please check all sizes carefully as we do not accept liability for goods that do not fit.

We can not accept returns on items which are personalised.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free return postage or reimbursements on postage. Items are to be returned at the cost of the customer unless we have sent the wrong item or it is faulty. Please contact us on sales@londonhorseshow.shop if this is the case.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

What are your delivery charges within the UK?

(*excludes Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland)
The standard cost for delivery of orders to UK mainland is £6.95

 

Are my credit card details secure?

Our credit card payments are processed by Sagepay to ensure that your personal details are safe. We do not receive any payment details via the website. If you call to give us your card details to pay for an order placed via email, we destroy your card details once the payment is processed.

 

Will my personal information be shared with other parties?

No, your information will only be used by us and any third parties who are involved in processing your order, for example our courier service. For more information please see the Terms and Conditions of our site.
